Our choir is singing a beautiful piece which Lauren, our Director of Music, found for us for our Good Friday service. The poem was found scrawled on a wall in the Cologne concentration camp after it was liberated in World War II.
It is a hauntingly beautiful poem and song which I believe, sets the tone for our worship as we contemplate the suffering of Jesus.
Holy Week blessings to you,
I believe in the sun, even when it’s not shining
I believe in love, even when I don’t feel it.
I believe in God, even when God is silent.
