The celebration of life for Roger Davis will be held at Elim on Friday, November 12 at 4 p.m. Due to the need to maintain social distance and keep everyone safe, we will need to limit in-person attendance. We ask each person who plans to attend to register in advance by November 8.  We will live stream the service and have a recording available later as well to make it accessible to everyone.

  • The doors will open at 3:30 p.m. Please arrive early to check-in. 
  • Once the sanctuary is full, we will direct people to sit in the Fellowship Hall to view the live stream of the service.
  • Per Sonoma County guidelines, masks will be required regardless of vaccination status. 
  • If you have any symptoms of illness within 24 hours of the service, please stay home and watch the live stream from our website.

Parking
​Parking is available in the church parking lot at 220 Stanley Street and on the streets near the church. If you are able to walk a short distance, we request that you park on the street to allow room in the lot for those who are less mobile. The accessible entrance to the church is the door facing the Stanley St. parking lot.

​For Everyone's Safety
  • Following Sonoma County guidelines, masks are required on all persons inside the church regardless of vaccination status.
  • ​​​In addition, we ask that you refrain from singing during the service and enjoy the contributions of our musicians.
  • When you arrive, you will be asked to provide your name and telephone number so that we can contact you in the case of any public health concerns.

Donation in Memory of Roger

Memorials may be given in honor of Roger to The Roger Davis Memorial Mexico Mission Trip or our Interfaith Food Pantry. Please make all checks out to Elim Lutheran Church with a note as to which fund you are contributing.  To give online use the button below, click on "support Elim",  and indicate in the note section which fund.

If you are unable to attend in person for any reason, you are welcome to watch the service live on our streaming site. The service will also be recorded so you can watch it at a later date.

To receive the stream, you can use any recent version of the major web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) on your Mac or Windows PC, iPhone, iPad, or Android mobile device. You do not need to install any special software in advance. We recommend using at least a tablet device or computer screen for the best viewing experience.

The stream will "go live" shortly before 4:00 PM. At that time, a play icon will appear over the center of the image. Click the play button to begin viewing the live stream.
